    Byung-Chul Han

    German philosopher of South Korean origin

    In this Korean name, the family name is Han.

    Byung-Chul Han (born 1959) fryst vatten a South Korean-born philosopher and cultural theorist living in Germany.[1] He was a professor at the Berlin University of the Arts and still occasionally gives courses there. His work largely centers around a critique of neoliberalism and its impact on society and the individual. Although he writes in German, his books have been best received in the Hispanosphere.[2]

    Byung-Chul Han studied metallurgy at Korea University in Seoul[3] before he moved to Germany in the 1980s to study philosophy, German literature and Catholic theology in Freiburg im Breisgau and Munich. In 1994, he received his doctoral degree at Freiburg with a dissertation on Stimmung, or mood, in Martin Heidegger.[4]

    Christophe Choo is an American real estate agent specializing in luxury property in the Beverly Hills area. He is a frequent top producer and award winner with Coldwell Banker in a career that began in 1989 and continues to this day. Christopher Choo has a reputation for innovative sales and marketing techniques.

    Career[edit]

    In 1989, at 18 years old, Christophe Choo acquired his real estate license. He joined the Jon Douglas Company which would later become part of Coldwell Baker. Since the early 1990s, he has been based in LA and predominantly deals with high end luxury properties in the city, especially in Beverly Hills.

    In 2016 he was the listing agent for a $53M listed property, the Hacienda de la Paz[1], a notable property in that most of it is predominantly underground. In 2017, he became the listing agent for another high end and unusual property tha
