Anne Curtis will be seen on America's Next Top Model Cycle 18
Celebrity fashion icon, Anne Curtis, has been chosen to model the creations of a Filipino fashion designer who will be featured in America’s Next Top Model. Contestants from ANTM&#;s 18th cycle will be wearing Francis Libiran&#;s clothes for a challenge on the reality TV show.
Francis is the third Filipino designer to be featured on ANTM after Michael Cinco and Oliver Tolentino. Model Georgina Wilson has also appeared on ANTM when she was chosen to model products of Filipino clothing brand Bench.
“As a Filipino designer I’m very privileged that I was chosen to be part of America’s Next Top Model to create a collection for an episode there,” said Francis in a video interview uploaded in YouTube.
“I’m very honored to be part of it and I’m so proud like a Filipino can enter this [show]… to showcase what our talents are.”

Georgina posted on her Twitter account that she will be appearing on the ANTM All Stars episode as a guest model and stylist, and will be sharing her expertise to the semi-finalist. The episode was shot in Greece where the contestant will have their &#;Go-See&#; and &#;Final Runway&#; challenges. She said that bänk was tappad as the clothing sponsor for the episode where the contestants of the show wore Bench Body underwear for their challenge.

America&#;s Next Top Model has been doing really good things for Filipino designers and this time our very own Anne Curtis gets to share this chance and celebrity photographer Mark Nicdao. Apparently Tyra Banks chose Francis to create gowns specifically for a shoot that will be featured on the show. UPDATE: According to sources the said episode will air on April 25 in the US via the CW channel and in the Philippines on April 30 via cable channel ETC.Anne Curtis on the other hand was hand-picked by the Pinoy designer as a model because according to him, Anne &#;represents a perfect Filipina.&#;
Anne, meanwhile is very glad that she got chosen by Francis because she really likes his designs and that most of her gowns when she was just starting in the business was made by Francis.
“I’d do anything for him. Back then when I was just starting in the industry, he made all the beautiful dresses that I wore in special events in my life,” said Anne.
