Prince Rogers Nelson (June 7, 1958 – April 21, 2016), known mononymously as Prince, was an American singer, songwriter, musician, and actor. Last year, when I was confined to my home, battling pain and undergoing treatment, the birds came to my rescue, right into my bedroom.
